HL-A4VG type axial piston variable pump
Features:
Hydraulic components for mobile machinery;
Swashplate axial piston variable pump, suitable for closed loop hydraulic drive of mobile machinery;
The flow rate of the hydraulic pump is proportional to the speed and displacement of the pump;
Stepless variable can be achieved by adjusting the angle of the swash plate;
When the swash plate swing angle passes through the zero position, the liquid flow changes smoothly;
Two relief valves on the high-pressure side protect the hydraulic components [pumps and motors] from overloading;
Built-in auxiliary pump as oil supplement and control oil pump;
The maximum charge pressure is limited by the built-in charge relief valve;
The rated working pressure can reach 40MPa;
Choose long-life, high-precision bearings;
Use Parker seals;

Precautions:

  1. a. During trial operation, the pump body must be filled with oil and kept full during work.
  2. b. In order to reduce noise, all connecting pipes are recommended to be isolated from the fuel tank with flexible components.
  3. c. When the hydraulic pump is continuously running at the rated pressure or the inter-peak pressure, auxiliary devices are required to cool the oil to ensure that the oil temperature does not exceed the specified range, and the temperature at any point in the oil circuit must not exceed 115°C.
