1. Brief introduction of performance:

In addition to the advantages of the original CY14-1B pump, the Q*CY14-1Bk pump has the main improvements:

The use of high-precision caged needle roller bearings reduces the noise of the pump, reduces the overall size and reduces the weight.

The area of Q*CY14-1Bk oil suction channel has increased by about 40%, which improves the self-priming capacity of the pump and the maximum speed of self-priming; and reduces the noise of the pump.

Improved the oil distribution plate structure to improve the pump's self-priming ability and reduce noise.

Improve the central spring structure, reduce the spring stress and reduce the plastic deformation of the spring.

Improve the structure of the sliding shoe to increase the pull-out force of the sliding shoe by about 20%.

The shell adopts precision castings, which improves the appearance of the product and increases the roughness and accuracy of the inner runner.

Due to the above improvements, the noise of the same displacement pump is reduced by 3～5Db(A), the self-priming speed is increased by about 30%, and the weight is reduced by 15%, while the other performance and life of the pump remain unchanged

Regarding the installation and connection dimensions, the connection dimensions are the same as those of the CY14-1B pump, except that the suction port connection thread is enlarged.
